YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM OR YOU’VE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We do not have an exchange policy but you can simply return an item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

We will refund you on receipt of the item (you will receive email notification from us) within a period of 10 days following the date of delivery.

You can then order the item of your choice, for example in a different size or colour..

1. PRINT OUT THE RETURN FORM

2. PREPARE THE PARCEL

Put the item(s) back in its/their original packaging and then put it/them in a parcel.

Please include the completed return form as well as the invoice for your order in the parcel.

3. SEND THE ITEM(S)

Take your parcel to the nearest post office and send it to the following address (you will be required to pay shipping costs):

4. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED!

Once we have received your parcel, the refund is generally made within a period of 10 working days.

You will be notified by email when the refund has been made.

Any item bought in the sales or as part of a special offer or flash sale will be refunded at its purchase price.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM OR AN ITEM WHICH YOU DID NOT ORDER?

In compliance with Unkut’s sales conditions, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Accordingly, items which are returned in poor condition or have been washed and/or worn will be refused.
