You can change your order as long as it has not already been prepared and sent. Please contact us using the contact form and an Unkut customer relations manager will advise you what to do.

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED

If your order has been cancelled due to a payment issue, please contact your bank directly to check whether there are sufficient funds in your account.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

You can contact us via the contact form, a customer relations manager is there from Monday to Friday from 10h00 to 17h00 to answer all our questions. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days in mainland France unless there is a postal problem.

ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED IS MISSING

It is possible that an item is no longer available if several customers order the same item simultaneously. If this happens, a note will be included in your parcel informing you about the unavailable item and you will be directly refunded for the item in question. You will also be sent an email to confirm the refund of the missing item. If there is no note in your parcel and a refund has not been made to your bank or Paypal account, please contact us and a customer relations manager will find a solution to the problem. We do not have an exchange policy. You can send back the items that you don’t like by using the return form available here and we will refund you for these items: http://www.unkut.fr/media/formulaire/FORMULAIRE_DE_RETOUR_UNKUT.pdf. You can go back to the website and order the items in the right size. For more information on how to return items, click on “Exchanges and Returns“ at the bottom of the website.

If you are unable to access your Unkut customer account please contact us via the contact form indicating your email address so that an Unkut Customer Relations Manager can resolve this issue.

You can track your order directly from your customer area. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email with the number of your parcel so you can keep in touch with your parcel’s delivery status in the postal network.

Unkut provides a size chart on each product information page, on the right side in the ‘size chart’ tab. For each item you will find the size that corresponds to your measurements. Please note that there may be different lengths for two items in the same range.

You can contact us via the contact form. Our catalogue is updated regularly and we can advise you when a new product will become available. Our website features all the Ünkut products currently available. Some of the artists that we support wear items from our next collections in their clips. These items will be available on Unkut.fr in the weeks or months following the diffusion of the clip in question.

Our newsletter is free and keeps you up to date with the latest products for sale online as well as our promotions or the different events supported by Unkut.
